The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Pipeline Lite service provided by AJF Financial Group LLC. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Pipeline Lite performs outreach work on your behalf: it sources contacts in a market segment you select, composes and sends outreach, responds to replies, and books meetings on your calendar.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including any number of replies, appointments, sales, or revenue. What we commit to is the work performed, not the results it produces.

Billing

Your first 2-week sprint is $97.
After that, the subscription renews at $297 every 2 weeks until you cancel.
Higher-volume tiers are available and are billed on the same 2-week cycle.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement automatically each cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the sprint you have already paid for runs to the end of its term.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us and for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to your industry and jurisdiction. You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date above when these terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
